Authorized use

Only configure checks for forms that you own or are authorized to monitor. Checks use the approved form details, test data, notification destination, and schedule. Do not use FormCanary to test a form without authorization.

Scheduled checks and results

FormCanary runs scheduled authorized checks and reports what those tests observed. An accepted test is not proof that every visitor can submit a form, and it does not verify that a notification reached an inbox. An alert marked submitted is not a guarantee of inbox receipt.

Forms protected by CAPTCHA or other bot controls are unsupported. FormCanary does not solve, bypass, or evade those protections.

Plan price

Starter is $19/month for up to 5 monitored forms. Growth is $29/month for up to 20 monitored forms. Agency is $69/month for up to 75 monitored forms. Contact us for needs above 75 monitored forms; that option does not include checkout.

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
